We are not only clinical hypnotherapists—we are also artists and designers who are intimately familiar with the optimal experience of flow, and how it positively affects our mental health and wellbeing.
We've built our practice using not only our neuroscience-based hypnotherapy educations, but with decades of real-life creative experience through our work in a variety of visual industries that have deeply informed our unique process and approach.
Neuroaesthetic Hypnotherapist (she/her)
I’m a Portland native who is deeply committed to helping people create a more balanced, fulfilling life through creativity and compassion. My work is always grounded in empathy, trust, and genuine care for the wellbeing of others.
In addition to my Clinical Hypnotherapy Certification from the Portland Hypnosis Institute, I hold a coaching certification from the International Coaching Association (ICA). I studied art and poetry in college, and in my professional past-life I worked as a stylist & local salon owner for 20+ years, holding space for people to feel seen, confident, and renewed. I transitioned to my professional coaching career before moving into clinical hypnotherapy.
I love encouraging people, and view art-making as a therapeutic access point for relaxation, creative thinking, and the exploration of authenticity.
Feel free to ask me about my quilting projects, my love of fabrics and pattern, or my sweet little cat Gertie.
Neuroaesthetic Hypnotherapist (she/her)
I’m a Portlander since 2006 who is dedicated to helping you experience improved mental health, reconnect with your inner resources, and create lasting change in your life in the most fun and accessible way possible.
In addition to my Clinical Hypnotherapy Certification from the Portland Hypnosis Institute, I am a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner. I also hold a B.S. in Graphic Design & B.A. in Fine Art from the State University of New York in Buffalo where I began my previous 20+ year career as a Designer/Creative Director before running my own coaching/speaking business to support other commercial creatives with their mental health.
I love meeting new people, building community, and bringing a supportive, intuitive, imaginative approach to our hypnotherapy practice to help others achieve personal transformation.
Please don't hesitate to ask me about my collection of Pantone® items, my love of Bob Ross, or my hilarious rescue dog Biscuit.
