Hypnotherapy treatments are NOT recommended for individuals with any of the following conditions: mania, schizophrenia, severe depression, psychotic disorders, borderline personality disorder, dissociation, epilepsy, severe heart conditions, dementia, acute asthma, traumatic brain injury (TBI), seizures, pregnancy (first-trimester), extreme drug or alcohol addiction issues.
By purchasing hypnotherapy sessions with Flow State Hypnotherapy, you are certifying that you do not have any of the above conditions.
Terms of Service
Flow State Hypnotherapy does not offer refunds once sessions have been purchased. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and date by contacting us directly. If for any reason you fail to give appropriate notice, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the session fee. No-shows will also require a charge of 100% of the session fee.
Flow State Hypnotherapy does not practice medicine or psychotherapy and the services of this company are not a replacement for counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric, or medical treatment. No service or product provided is intended to diagnose or treat any disease or illness, or psychological condition.
While using our services, we may ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. We do not sell, rent or lease customer lists to third parties.
